2009 Dodge Challenger SXT at the Georgian College Autoshow

Here are pictures of the 2009 Dodge Challenger SXT. I took these today at the Georgian College Autoshow in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

It is an evaluation model to guage public opinion on what a special package should include. I assume this would be a Canada only appearance package.

The car had two different wheels. On the passenger side were 18" MOPAR wheels, while the drives side had 18" chrome clad aluminum wheels. Patrons were asked to fill out a survey on which they liked best, as well as should a stripe be included and at what price.

I like the MOPAR wheels, and think it should have a stripe package.

Keeping in mind its a base V6, it looks fantastic. Thats the idea behind this SXT package.

Something tells me it rides a little too on the soft side with 60 profile tires.

I'd like to see the SXT get the 5-speed automatic or the option of the 6-speed manual. That would be awesome, and a very good reason to choose an SXT.

Sweet, this car is WAY better than the MutTange from Ford.

I like the other wheels better, the spokes on the machined wheels are way to skinny and cheapen the look of the car.
