C7Performance Fall Tour 2009

Recommended Posts

I had the pleasure of attending the C7Performance Fall Tour on Sunday October 25, 2009.

I was going to originally drive my Achieva (and debut my new Z24 wheels), but the car is not ready in time (funding lol).

I went shotgun in a friends 1984 Camaro Z28, with fellow Camaro club ppl.

The cruise is mainly for imports, but open to all makes. About 500 cars showed up.

The starting point was the AMC movie theatre lot in Whitby, Ontario, and we then drove in groups to Kawartha Speedway in Peterborough, Ontario. A beautiful, scenic fall drive! Those who wanted to, were able to do 3 laps for $2 at the track.

GM Canada had its new models at the event, and one GM tech even raced (against GM wishes) a C6 Vette (that was an engineering car destined for scrap!).

Video from the Tour!
