There have been sporadic reports of some unintended deceleration of the C&G webhost. I want to assure you that this is not the fault of C&G management, it's suppliers, associates, affiliates, sponsors, or equipment. We have looked into the issue and have made the determination that any incidents of unintended deceleration were the result of poor user browser maintenance.

Because your safety and satisfaction while using C&G is important to us, we will issue any affected parties currently covered with a C&G warranty with a certificate for a free internet connection oil change.*

We ask that under no circumstance to you discuss any unintended deceleration episode with a member of the press or former Apple executives.

*No really, I have a ticket open with the software provider, but they've been less than helpful. I have a diagnostic tool installed to monitor things, but I have to reboot the site to activate it or deactivate it. Please be patient while I work through this.

Contrary to reports you may or may not have heard, we have known about this since November of `09. We are still investigating the cause of these sudden deceleration issues.

It's great to know that C&G is such a great website that cares for its users! Why, it only took you guys four months to figure out a way on how to inform us of this issue, unlike those other unreliable websites!
