Can we stop having ads that will start blaring as soon as the page loads? I don't need to listen to inane chatter or music for an ad I am ignoring anyway...

I'm trying to figure out which network is playing them. I keep getting ads for treating heart disease.....

I am sick of the ads. And to disable the pause button is annoying. We DO NOT want ads force fed to us.
