Car Wars Memorandum Shows The Future of Automotive

Recommended Posts

Interesting that the CT8 is already in the pipeline before the CT6 arrives. The Park Ave is most likely the ACTUAL Avenir because I can't imagine the Lacrosse being that far up the poll. It would make Buick pretty much on par with Lexus in all ways, judging by the amenities shown in the Avenir concept. The Park Ave, in China was definitely a LS460 competitor.

Wondering if the CT8 is gonna be the living, and breathing version of the Ciel.. which will, without a doubt give Cadillac their unapologetic "S-Class" competitor.. altho I still say the CT6 will enjoy that distinction as well on the bottom end.

With the 2016 Model year coming up in the next 2 months.. we will only see about 2-3 years before the Cadillac line has 2 new CUVs (finally) added to the new XT5, CT6, and CT8.. revised CTS (CT4) and ATS (CT2) are coming as well.. with the timing exactly where I thought it would be.. both will most likely be a smidgen larger in scale to shut backseat bitchers up. So by late 2018, for '19 MY

CT2

CT4

CT6

CT8

XT5

XT3

XT7

Escalade

XTS and ELR remain until 2018 at least

and maybe a few extra suprises.

GMC takes the lead on Acadia coming out first.. and then the Traverse and Enclave in '17

Notice that I still don't see the Supra in Toyota's line
