  1. Sorry, didn't realize the sizes were so different. So these CUV's are meant to go against the Edge and Highlander, but what about the Venza and Murano and CUV's smaller than that, these CUV's sizes are confusing haha.
  2. That's impossible since the current Vue is smaller than the last gen. and the last gen. is a lot smaller than the Edge and Highlander. Also, GM would never make their new SUV's the size of the Highlander, mainly because they have four that size already (Lambda?).
  3. According to the article, this new SRX is aimed towards the MDX as well as the RX, but going by size, wouldn't the new SRX be up against the RDX, EX, X3, Q5, GLK, LR3, and MKX?
  4. Recently my sister leased a brand new Radiant Silver on black Altima 2.5S. It's got the CVT and intelli-key system. Its a great package, for the the 22k or 23k but compared to our 06 Malibu that was the same price, the Malibu has twice as much options. Now for what makes the Altima a deal. The interior, why boring for most I find great. Materials are top notch, especially the cloth, which is some sort of cloth and suede like material. The only downside to me actually is the headroom , from the drivers seat I feel like my head and the roof are almost touching, there is plenty of leg room but. As for the exterior, yeah it looks ALOT like the old Altima, but its still very attractive. Now on to what matters most, the performance. Coming from our 4 speed auto, 205 hp anemic 06 Malibu, the Altima is such a delight to drive. Steering was light but responsive almost playful like and acceleration was excellent. The 4-cylinder sounds like a V-6 to me , feels like it also. I for one could really care less about the CVT, its a cool feature I guess but to me its another transmission (although it is equipped with a manumatic mode which is awesome). The ride is some what stiff but comfortable. My biggest flaw with the driving aspect of it was my vision really. I am used to driving the Malibu and the Equinox that we have (which is also brand new, LS1 in Golden Teal, working on pictures) so my judgment may be used to those cars, but I felt like my judgment was impaired in the Altima, as far parking and everything goes. I'll also include that stereo system is awesome, and I love having the AUX jack (the new Equinox we have has it as well). Well thats it for my 10 minute drive of the Altima, i wanted to share it with you because it really is an awesome car, yes somewhat over price and under equipped at points, but a great car. So much fun to drive and I'd most certainly recommend it to anyone in the market for a mid-size car (after the Malibu and Aura haha). Sorry if this review is rather boring haha.
  5. According to C&D and Motor Trend for the 09 guides, the Caliber isn't getting the interior over haul, just My-GIG.
  6. link Yeah thats a 2009 Cobalt with new caps that look like they came straight off an 03 Impala Base and a black interior?
  7. Ok wait, on a brighter note look at this link . Sorry to change the subject at hand (kinda), carry on, just had to show you guys the new blue from all different angles.
  8. Well Boston would make a lot of sense, or maybe theres something nearby you, like a fair or a festival like the one in Brooklyn, it was rather small and nothing special, but who knows. I even could be wrong about all of this haha.
  9. Well I think GM made some FCV units for big cities that have some sort of go green movement , for instance here in NY, a park in Brooklyn was having a whole big festival on becoming more green and everything (they had organic things and converting your cars to alternatives n stuff) and GM was there sponsoring the FCV Nox, however it had NY plates so I believe that particular unit stays in New York for these "go green" festivals but idk. So that Equinox you saw may be making its rounds around local Chevy dealers and finally heading to some big function in the city.

    2006 Malibu

Also, if you're looking for the 4 cyl., I suggest looking at the G6 over the Malibu, but if it doesn't matter go with the Malibu, its a lot of car for not a lot of money, even if a lot of people despise them
  11. The back-end of it is very IS-ish, but I actually think it works better for Kia, what does that say for Lexus haha.
  12. So when 2012 rolls around, could the redesigned Traverse be the Tahoe/Burb's replacement? Sorry to change the subject like that, I was just wondering.
  13. Did GM use the Sequel concept for the Traverse?
  14. I love the wheels that come with the 4 cyl. LT2.
  15. This is from a G8 board, if you scroll down they compare Steath Blue to Stryker blue. link
