Sources said the Bolt and a sister Opel model would be built at General Motors' Lake Orion assembly plant. Kia has made the Chicago Auto Show home of the Soul. Within the past few years, Kia has introduced a number of Soul concepts and the electric version of it. Today, Kia introduced another Soul concept - the Trail'ster. The Trail'ster concept shows what happens when you give the Soul a bit of adrenaline. Hi all, Just checked out the website for the Chicago Auto Show coming in Feb. and it looks like the Aura is set to debut there! Previous visits to this site, did not list this info, rather it only offered the Vue Green Line. So maybe someone "in the know" can verify this??? BMW's march of the diesels will continue at the Chicago Auto Show next month as they will unveil the first 7-Series with a diesel for the U.S. market. Meet the 2014 740Ld xDrive. The 740Ld xDrive comes will utilize a 3.0L inline-six diesel engine producing 255 horsepower and a mighty fine 413 pound-feet of torque that peaks between 1,500 and 3,000 rpm. The 370Z NISMO Roadster concept could be the sister model to the 370Z NISMO coupe. Mercedes-Benz might not be the first or possibly fifth thought when it comes to cargo vans. But the German automaker has been selling their Sprinter since 2001 (when it was called the Dodge Sprinter). But there is one problem with the Sprinter, to get into one, you need to pony up $37,490 just to get into the base model. Mercedes has decided to fix this with the introduction of the Sprinter Worker, a base model aimed at small business or commerical buyers. We have been waiting very patiently for Nissan to give us any information on the Titan half-ton and today at the Chicago Auto Show, they did just that. In terms of design, it is hard to tell the difference between the half-ton and the XD models. Where the differences are apparent is in the chassis. The Titan's overall length measures out to 228.1-inches long, about 11.8-inches shorter than the XD's. Wheelbase and height are also shorter than the XD. I just got back from a long day at the Chicago Auto Show and had a great time! I am exhausted from getting up at 5 AM to pick up others and make the 4 hour drive, so I will add pictures later. I started the day off with Ford, since it was right by the main door directly across from Toyota. Ford had some of the best displays, with plenty of interactive showcases, engine cutaways, and touch screens. Nissan rolled out a pair vehicles today at the Chicago Auto Show that show a somewhat sporty side. The first is the 2015 Nissan Versa Note SR which is somewhat sporty-ish. The SR adds revised front fascia with smoked headlamps, standard foglamps, and black chrome accents. What a disappointment when I saw almost the exact same Aura that was there last year. Only changes being those that members of this site have noted in previous posts elsewhere. Lucerne was also somewhat of a let down in person. No folding rear seats and low output HP V6??? Make the V6 at least 240, then keep the 275 Northstar V8. 2010 CHICAGO AUTOSHOW I made my trek to Chicago again today (2/13/10) and armed myself with my trusty Pentax K-100D and 18-55mm along with a 2GB San Disk SD Ultra II. The show was very good, I took a quick tour (no photographs) of the "other side" (Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chrysler etc.) and spent most of my time in the Buick/Cadillac/Chevrolet/GMC area.
