Ehh, I think that's too much. That puts it right up there with other crossovers that ride on better platforms and have better interiors. They should have priced it at about $32k.

It undercuts the RX by $3300 and MDX by $2300. I'd say it's priced pretty competitively.

Base Price comparison:

LexusRX350 FWD: $38,115 AWD: 39,515

Acura RDX (with the Turbo4): $32,995

Acura MDX (withthe 3.5l V6): $37,127

Infiniti FX35: 37,800

VW Toureg $37,410

Volvo XC90 $36,135

BMW X3 $36,800

But for $2300-3300, I think most people would be willing to pay the extra. If it awas $5-6k, it might be a different story. Lincoln doesn't have the prestige it once had, and therefore needs to rebuild it's image by offering good products and prices significantly lower than the competition. Once it starts getting buyers back, then it can start charging prices closer to it's competitors.
