Considering your age those aren't bad at all! I would say the Hummer reminds me more of a Jeep, and all 3 sketches share the same demensions. I don't know if that was on purpose or not, but if it wasn't you should try the "longer, lower, wider" approach.

Oh and welcome to C&G ^_^

I get this at every forum I'm at........... :duh:

But every time I try to get long and low, the wheels seem to get in the way.

Just for somemore backround, about six months ago, I started out from this:

Doing good, keep up the drawing and it may land you a job in the future at a car manufacturer's design team.

well making it lower doesnt necessarily mean literally shortening the height of the car... a car with a shorter wheelbase will always appear taller and stubbier than one with a longer one, which will appear much shorter and smoother

basically... youve got alot of talent, work on it a little, use a longer wheelbase to start with... and width should kinda just happen... as the car gets longer, everything will fall into proportion, especially with your talent

good work and keep posting

May be it was the Peugeot 206, which inspired you smaller dimensions.

Try to be inspired by like say 1960's Eldorado or a modern day Suburban you will get the dimensions right.

Anyways pretty good job.
