Shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and will be through the FedEx Ground. I will combine items in one box as long as they all fit to save you on shipping costs.

99% of these models are MIB (mint in box); the orange '57 Chevy Cameo sat in a display case less than a month before being repackaged 4-5 years ago. Boxes may be dusty from storage and/or shelf display, and may show some slight signs of distress from storage. Tape on the exterior sides of the boxed may have been cut when I originally purchased these models (hey, I had to check them out!), but I left the plastic strips around the cars intact.

Please ask me any questions that you want if you need more info on a particular model.

*UPDATED 08/28/2012: Sold some items recently!

For the American Chopper, is that the bike they did for FDNY?

The white '73 SD455 is a nice model... I should know since I bought one of the last ones in the country as "new"...

I waited too long (back in 99/00 or so) and when I called up Todd at DiecastMUscleCars.com he did quite a lot of

legwork for me to track one down. I'd buy all of them if I had the money... might consider a couple depending on

price. :)

Fly - thanks for the interest, I'll have prices posted by this afternoon the latest.

Z28 - yes, that's the bike that they did for the 9/11 tribute to the FDNY.

Dodgefan - trust me, there are plenty of others that I'm keeping! The wife and I after Christmas "cleaned & organized" the basement; she commented on how much "junk" I've amassed over the last 15 years (10 of which were with her). She asked that I trim my collection down, and seeing as how a lot of my toys are just stored in boxes, I felt now's the time for them to find a new loving home.

Sixty8 - yes, both '73s are nice, but not as nice as the '70 1/2's that I'm keeping! :P

Any questions, just ask...

You kept them in the box? What fun is that? :P

I have that 57 Cameo. Obviously I wouldn't want that one. Otherwise... is that a purple Trans Am, I see? Hmm... Purdy. If I hadn't vowed to not spend any more money on diecast cars, I'd buy it. It's just so purdy. :D

Well BV, many of the newer ones were to be displayed, however I spent the money that we had to finish the basement on the SKY (yeah, the wife reminds me of that decision all the time). The older ones I knew had some collector value to them, so long ago I decided against displaying them (trust me, almost all of the diecast I have purchased have been opened & inspected - just not out of the box for too long). Many of these - like the Maisto and Road Signature models, are about 1 year old. And yes, that 1996 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is purple - I believe Pontiac called it Cyclamen. I'm sure that one would definitely look nice in your collection (hint hint - buy it!).

Yeah Camino, I'm trying to get somewhere near your collection - just those that I will display eventually and enjoy. I have a ton of diecast - ranging from 1/64th (HW, MB, Johnny Lightning) to 1/43rd to 1/24th (Franklin Mint, Danbury Mint, Maisto) to the 1/18th. This is just the first post with the 1/18th in their boxes - when I have more time, I have some other 1/18th diecast WITHOUT their boxes that were display pieces at my last house that I'll probably part with.

Prices coming soon!

I stoped worryging about what would fit where about 10 years ago when I had

over 1500 car models, (from 1:64 all the way to 1:18) now I have something

like 3500, maybe 4000 that I can estimate. XP has seen about 60% of the

collection & told me I would be a millionare if I just stopped buying Hot Wheels

cars & 1:18th scale 1969 Camaros. :P

:withstupid::withstupid::withstupid:

That's the point my wife made to me - that we'd have more cash in the bank (and less credit card debt) if I didn't buy all those toys. I don't know exactly how many total I have (unlike you Sixty8!), but I have boxes, bags and plastic containers full of toys - more than I want to admit right now. Eventually I'll get around to posting the Hot Wheels, Matchbox and Johnny Lightning diecast I want to sell too, plus 1/24th scale.

As with the prices I just listed, I'm willing to take your best offer too (send me an e-mail here). Work is keeping me plenty busy that I don't want to hassle with eBay. :P

If I had to take a guess I'd say $7000 of my own money but that's only about half of my

stuff and I get WICKED good deals on most of my expensive stuff...

(Maisto 1:18th scale cars are $15 at BJs and sometimes $12 at outlets. for instance)

the other half of my collection my parents bought me... except for legos and a few books

I only ever got ONE type of present for Christmas/Birthday etc. CARS.

Never had Transformers or GI Joes or other action figures, all I ever wanted was CARS.

The second I'd get that 1987 Ferrari testarossa I HAD to have and my parents thought

I would finally be happy I'd find out bburago/AMT made some other 1:18 scale car or

wahtever that I had to have... plus no trip to the store with my dad resulted in zero H.W.

or matchbox or Majorette cars.

How much for both Jeeps and the white Trans Am?? I am interested in those three.

How much for both Jeeps and the white Trans Am?? I am interested in those three.

Well, the prices as listed were $15, $15, and $28 ($58 total), so I could let you have all three discounted for $50 plus the cost of shipping (that's $8 off the prices listed in the original post). If you give me your zip code, I can find out S&H costs from my local UPS Store for you too. How's that sound?

UPDATE....

I forgot all about this post from the past. I still have all of these diecasts available, including the two marked SOLD ('96 Impala SS and '04 GMC Canyon - buyer never went through with the deal). If anyone is interested in these, please let me know. We recently had half our basement finished for my 16 y-o step-son and in the process a lot of stuff was moved around. Now that I have a carpeted place to go through boxes, I plan to post more stuff for sale in the near future to make room in my new storage area.

*BUMP*

I still have these die-casts available if anyone is interested. Looking to make some extra cash to take with me to the AACA Fall Meet in Hershey next weekend. If interested, please send me your offer and I can calculate shipping costs after I get your zip code.

Thanks!

P.S. - if your looking for something in particular, let me know as I might have it and part with it at this point :)
