It's an Evo... with Commodore headlights and a uniquely placed MB grille

Know wat ?...I think you all are losing your cred.

Sure it is different, but c'mon. It has a bit of that European Look to it (Citroen & Pug) ...granted. IMO MB is losing the "Chrysler Touch" which made the best looking MB's EVER. So, Diff strokes for diff folks, I guess...

I don't mind the Commodore headlights on there. The black bottom bothers me, all around the car. If you removed that, and cut down on the sharpness of that 'ledge' at the bottom of the white on the front, it could be better. Unique grille placement, as they said.

Not a fan for asymmetrical hood designs. Put a scoop on both sides or center it. The engineer could conceivably put an air intake on both sides or in the center. I'm reminded of the off-center bulge on the Mitsubishi 3000GT, or a Ford Escort where only half the grille is slotted.

I agree with the Yellow Dart on the ground effects. Drop the black portion, and lower the remaining car so that it's near the ground. This thing looks like it has as much drag as a Dodge Sprinter.

The grille placement, well, that I'd just have to get used to.

The chop quality is excellent.

On further studying...it looks like a catfish. Drop the crappy ground effects and put the grill where it belongs and it might be pretty good.

Citroen and Pug are not so much European as they are French! That thing should go oui, oui, oui all the way home! :smilewide:

OH WELL....it is funny that FRENCH car designs are so.......different. True that they seem not to translate to other parts of the planet but regardless the DS, and Reno stuff is Amazing Work, IMO.
