Saw a Lincoln Blackwood yesterday.

I've only seen two of those in my life, one was on a used car lot on the north (read: bad) side of town.

Just a few minutes ago I saw a blinged out Hummer H2 in an elementary school parking lot. The car was stopped but the rim were indeed still spinnin.

Just getting back from Europa, it was odd seeing all these new cars on the road that I hadn't seen before I left. I saw a new Sentra, Outlook, Acadia, three Aspens in an hour (that one really surprised me), 2 Edges, a Sebring and Avenger, and 3 Silverados. This was all on my 8 hour drive home from O'Hare.

- Not one but THREE Priuses all in a row at a stop sign.

I gave them a big smile as I drove by in my massive, gas-hungry pig of Buick.

- 1987/8/9 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, baby blue in 100% mint condition.

- RR Phantom, going about 80mph on the highway

- Cressida (1992?) with a navy-blue "Presidential Edition" carrige top!

Not a car but I had to mention it:

A crazy old lady in Lowell with a baby carrige... but inside the

carrige is a Jack Russell that looks like it would rather walk

than be wheeled around, he keeps trying to jump down out of

the baby carige and she's yelling at him to stay inside.

As I drive by in my B-59 she looks at ME as if I was weird!?

Sitting on the porch, looking at Craigs/Boston dreaming of a winter-beater

worthy of sharing driveway space with my B-59. You know old '70s tanks

from GM & Mopar, Bustleback Sevilles or Imperial Frank Sinatra Editions

are seemingly very hard to find for $950 in 2007.

Anyway I hear a muscular rumble echo off my barn and as I look up I see

a flash of orange. It was a 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda with the black 340 hockey

stick rear quarter stripes & a rear spoiler.

68 are you sure the Jack Russell did not pee in the carriage after seeing the B-59 and wanted to get out?

He-he, wouldn't be the first time. I was dropping off Sofia at daycare

in the B-59 the other day & as I drove past a couple of those goofy

looking French poodles & they looked like they crapped themselves

as my big tank drove past... it was pretty satisfying.

Saw a ton of neat stuff while driving around the area and in Boston with the girl today:

-1950 Studebaker pickup

-1961 Ford Thunderbird

-1964 Ford Thunderbird

-1927 Model T roadster (hot rod)

-1972 Buick Electra Estate Wagon

-1965 Buick Electra 225

-2 brand new Z06's

-fairly new Aston Martin Vanquish

-brand new Viper

and, perhaps the best of all, some old man drove his Honda Civic up onto the curb at about 30 MPH and his tire exploded! It was hilarious!

I love F.S. edition Imperials, but if I owned that & my B-59 which

one of the two do you think will see salt/sand/snow/sleet/slush?

Besides, if you do a high pressure undercarigge wash often most

of the damage is prevented.

Hmm...a few Ford Edges all of a sudden, and then the typical Bentley Continental GT's, Flying Spurs, and random new Porsches--all usually daily drivers and in moderate degrees of filth, which fascinates me. Really indicative of the area I'm in, no doubt.

A dark blue Regal T-Type in beautiful shape... with huge chrome 20" rims and painted-on tires... dummy doesn't know what he's got, for sure.

Funny you mention that...ever since my brother bought his '86 Regal Limited, old guy 1 owner special, he has gotten CONSTANT offers from people to buy it, everywhere he goes. Time to time people comment on my car, but never have I seen anything like the attention it gets, even in stock light blue-dark blue-wire hubcap form.

Okay, hijack done...

- 1968 Camaro RS/SS in butternut yellow, top down (but windows up  ) on Rt.101A in Nashua, NH

- 1987 Buick GN, t-top. I honked the horn on the B-59 as I drove past him in city traffic, gave me dirty look.

- 1960s VW Bug, cream

- Some newer BMW 330ix with a super hot MILF who smiled real big and gave me thumbs up on Buick-59.

with huge chrome 20" rims and painted-on tires...

Yeah, there's LOW profile tires & then there's NO profile tires.

Only a true moron puts flavor of the week looks ahead of

functionality with a car like that. Seriously it's utter stupidity.

Damn, almost forgot: while I was test driving a big bannana yellow

Cadillac Coupe deVille I just might buy I saw the most mint tripple

white early '80s Fleetwood Brougham I've seen in years.

I saw a yellow F360 Modena...in the rain today...less than a mile from where I saw a black Lamborghini Diablo roadster last week.

I saw a 2nd gen Aurora this morning also...a pretty rare car around here...they were a sweet looking car, esp. the front end and profile...

-1949 Chrysler Windsor

-1957 Bel Air

-1959 Eldorado

-1970 Monte Carlo

-1970 Barracuda

Plus a few SSRs and late model Thunderbirds and a few more cars that I couldn't immediately identify.

And an old light green, 2-seater Geo Metro convertible...possibly the dorkiest ride I've ever seen in my life.

My brother also claims to have seen a Delorean rolling around our neighborhood.

Speaking of 'donks', there's a moron around here with a black mid-80s Cutlass 442 raised up on 24" rims...looks ridiculous.

Dodgeafan:

I still might buy the 1976 LeSabre but only to flip it and make a quick $$$.

As of this week my Datsun "Zwei" will belong to some college kid & I will

once again own a roadworthy Cadillac. Mean time if I buy the LeSabre I

will cledan it up, repaint it and sell it on eBay for a quick $$$. I just might

send it to Europe where it will be appreciated more a& it'll never become

a part fo the retarded DONK/BOX/BUBBLE subculture that is growing like

a cancer amongst the ghetto rats.

This is the car that has got me all hot & horny right now:

I was not aware that a Mazda CX-9 even existed, let alone that it was already released. Saw one on the road last week.

Other sightings:

- One Saturn Outlook thus far, hitched to the back of an RV.

- Long Island loves the GMC Acadia.

- Tundras are coming out of the woodworks. <_<

- Spotted my first Versa sedan. Just thought I'd mention it.

Y'all would probably had a cargasm if you would have been in my store today. First things first, there's a BEAUTIFUL '66 Chevelle SS396 that pulls into a spot. Right next to it about five minutes later pulls in an equally beautiful 1969 Dodge Charger R/T (by the way, I'm starting to twitch nervously). The final straw was a 1967 Corvette Sting Ray 427 convertible with the top down. I literally had to excuse myself and go borrow the "facilities" for a moment. When I get back I find that the Chevelle has departed, but in its place is a mid-60s Pontiac Bonneville, I'd say that it was restoreable, but the restoration hadn't be started. But yeah, that's all I've seen so far, at least all I've seen that's mentionable.

'03 Sunfire with supposedly "pre-production" grille-mounted amber turn signals.

Auras are starting to sell around here. I saw a white Outlook yesterday, too.

The GMT900's are taking over as a whole. Especially the Avalanche.
