Spoiler-free, new hue of red paint, badge covered up, and different rims...what is Ford up to? Perhaps a Bullitt test car?

The PT Cruiser is ten times worse.

...except that it is old.

I don't understand the short attention span displayed in this thread. This generation of Mustang is the best looking since... wow, the 1970, imo. Maybe this is a new Mach 1? :scratchchin:

Yeah, I've wondered if the ill-affection toward the Mustang is just simply because it's a Mustang...I still notice them myself on the road, as do many others I know (some of my friends who know I'm a big Mustang fan point them out to me). Is everyone going to complain that the Camaro is old after only two years on the market? :scratchchin:

I like the looks of the current mustang.... then I remember what the interior is like...

I like that color.

Tired of that ass-end, though. *yawn*

Don't get married then, oh I think it's already to late for you if I recall! :smilewide:

I don't think its a Mach 1, I'd have to say a possible Bullitt edition car..... or who knows, maybe its just a custom that someone came up with.

Eh, I don't HATE Mustangs, it's just that Ford needs to focus on bolder projects vs. all these Mustang variants, like some RWD Lincolns.

The styling looks fantastic. Just like it did the first time I saw the new Stang. People are picking on it since Chevy is so lame about bringing the Camaro to the dealerships. How many Mustangs will have been sold when the new Camaro arrives and will they sell 100,000 a year?? . I doubt it. It's 64 all over again. Ford wins the Pony wars. ( remember why it's even called Pony cars )

Oddly, I think the Mustang has one of Ford's highest quality interiors.

It doesn't look like much in photos, but if you sit in it, the materials and textures used give it a high quality ambience.

It is not that this one looks that good but the others were that bad since 1970.

The price you pay with retro is it does not always age well and just makes it harder to move into the future.

The PT is frozen in time as they can't move it forward with out loosing the one thing that made it different.

The Challanger will suffer the same fate and it will be interesting if the Camaro will have enough of an future edge to stave off the stale look in 5-8 years.

I am not a 300 fan but it is still interesting to look at and still gets notice due to it's presents,

While I admire the looks of the Chrysler 300, I would not buy it a present.

Funny that people here call the Stang "old", yet what will they say when the next Camaro finally comes out after 3 + years of 'previews'?

Also, thsi Mustang is sure better looking than the Escort/Tempo look Fox cars.

I still like the current Mustang - but I'd like a new Cougar more. Complete with cheesy sequential taillights and everything.

If I were choosing between the new ponies, though, I'm liking the Camaro more every time I see it. Until it actually exists, though, I'll hold my breath.

The spy photo is not that exciting, though. So there's a new "gas cap" badge they're not showing us? Okay... :scratchchin:
