Before the recall it was being outsold by the Mazda5, that's why.

I was really hoping Mazda would resist the big pinned back headlight look. Nope there they go like lemmings after everyone else.

The same reason we're not getting the Japanese Odyssey....because it's believed Americans only want vans that same damn height you find on the Chrysler twins and the Sienna....nothing taller, nothing lower. I wish a company would break the mold....but it seems vans are made all different for Europe, Japan, and North America.
