First Look: Production 2009 Ford Flex Revealed

Recommended Posts

Call me crazy but I actually like the way that looks. It's about the only Ford product that the 3 bar grille looks right on. It kinda looks like a cross between an SUV and a sport wagon and seems to have a decent stance. I'll have to see one in person to make my final judgement.

The front end seems relatively different from the pre-production concept we saw at New York.

It looks like they added the usual Ford molded-in licence plate spot.

This thread confused me at first--I opened it and saw a giant next gen Vectra image instead of a Flex.

Seems a bit derivative now...

I think the plain-jane headlights make it look that way.

I still like it though and I still think, if marketed right, it has the potential to be a huge success.

No one has a problem with the door design....I don't either. Just curious if anyone does.

you mean the rears being standard vs sliding? I didn't see photos in the link showing any doors in action, so I'm not sure what you mean...
