2010 Mercury Milan!

Recommended Posts

Upscale, modern, tidy... a nice update, imo. The new Milan. Click on the photo at the link for more photos. Edited by ocnblu

Looks like a Nissan. Grille is too wide and the headlights came from the Altima. The rear looks good, doing evolutionary styling there was a good idea.

i think the powertrain upgrades were more the focus with the 010 revisions.

the basic shape of this car is very dated so they needed to upgrade the front to make it seem different.

The restyled front end seems rather odd for some reason. I think the Fusion restyle definitely looks much better than the Milan's update. Maybe the Milan will look better in person.

Interesting... I always liked the Milan over the Fusion... now it seems I'm going to like the Fusion over the Milan.

Either way, a nicely restyled cabin would put the Fusion in my "look at" category when it's time to buy.

Mercury needs to come up with a better grill design. It's so generic and uninspired.

Dear Mercury,

We agree that waterfall grilles are generic and uninspired.

Dear Mercury...

^nope^

waterfalls are the way god(&or goddess) intended grilles to be.

Merc's just having a little trouble tweaking them

while dealing with 2 constraints: Ford & Lincoln

1 - has to work with the Fusion grille-hole

2 - has to closely relate-to-but-not-copy Lincoln's bow-wave cuz (imho) Fomoco's looking at MercuryLincoln as One Brand for the immediate future
