This is my first chop in a long time. Credit for the base MKS Coupe goes to a user by the name of artandcolour, but I did quite a bit of extensive work massaging the sheet metal to make it longer and more athletic (plus shortening the beltline and lowering it). I went back to the egg-crate grille and tweaked the lower fascia.

I also started playing around with a Mercury. Grille and lights are different, plus c-pillar / chrome sweep that pays some homage to the '87-88 Cougar's rear window kickup. The goal is to make it look completely different from the Lincoln by the time I'm done.

I've been a fan of artandcolour's work over there, you remind me I should go and look at his newest stuff.

These look cool, especially the Merc.
