After a bowl of cereal, I used to have a coffee at home before leaving for work but since the condos have been going up across the street from my place the last few years, it can be pretty noise around here M-F during the day so I just have one at work.

Afternoons I usually drink tea and water.. Evenings if I'm wound up I'll have a chamomile tea before bed.

I try to eat Salad at least once a day, keeps me cleaned out so I don't have "those" problems.

i've been really down on salad lately. i think maybe its the winter instinct coming, the need to eat hot comfort food. oatmeal is a pretty good bang for your buck as far as comfort food goes. i've been kind of jiggy with a lot of the 'bob's red mill' cereal mixes lately too.

oatmeal is cheap too, maybe that has something to do with it lately as well. breakfast for pennies on the dollar.
