Focus, People!

Recommended Posts

I see the year-end sales figures are in, and it seems as though Americans prefer the Ford Focus over the Chevrolet Cobalt, with 160,433 sales v. a paltry 104,724. Not bad for what many here derided as a weak, uglified reskin of an ancient platform. Why do you think that is?

There are a few of reasons.

1) The Cobalt looks old, even compared to the half-assed facelift the Focus got.

2) Ford advertises a million times better than Chevy does

3) GM cut back on fleeting the Cobalt

4) Options. The Focus is available w/ Sync, isn't it? The Focus is ahead on cabin tech.
