well, i'll be honest...im sort of a noob and dont know much about skylarks but that looks pretty good.

it would be better in a bigger resolution and some more detail in the front end..

maybe a small cowl induction?

or some sort of a hood scoop..looks kinda plain up there..

That's why I like it. I'm getting sick of 1-inch front overhangs and tall-wagon blockiness. A nice, unique American look.

 Agreed.. though I think the front could be a bit more agessive IMO. I'm thinking a good combination of the LaCrosse+Enclave concepts (headlights) and Velite (grill) might be good for this.

why let chevy+pontiac have all the fun

well, because their designs are more modern. sorry, but i don't like this. looks like a concept that might've been made in like '89.

changed it up a bit... put in a velite style grill with vertical slats instead of horizontal ones... nd i was yet again inspired and tried a camaro-esque front end

as far as the hood scoop that was suggested by fijian... Skylarks never had scoops or cowls... always just flat hoods... except in the case of hood tachs... so thats why this doesnt have anything
