Aston Martin first took the wraps off the N420 Coupe about two and a half months ago, followed shortly by pricing for both the Coupe and Roadster models, and now the British automaker has has finally released images of the beautiful Roadster variation.

The 24 Hours of Nürburgring-inspired V8 Vantage N420 Roadster succeeds the 2007 V8 Vantage N400, the finding inspiration from Aston Martin's many performances at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring race at the famed technical track in Germany.

The N420 loses around 60 lbs. compared to the N400 thanks to additional carbon fiber trim inside and out. The biggest differences come in the car's wider sills and carbon fiber front splitter, side strakes and rear diffuser. To make the N420 stand out more, Aston Martin includes gloss black 10-spoke diamond turned alloy wheels and special tail pipes.

Inside, the N420 gets the automaker's Iridium shade and special N420 sill plaques, as well as lightweight carbon fiber sport seats with contrasting stitching. Unlike the Coupe, the N420 Roadster does a particularly good job of showing off its beautifully detailed and high-contrasting black and white interior thanks to its drop-top feature. This is the car for the man or woman that wants to be noticed, envied and admired - but not mocked.

Equipped with the otherwise optional Sports Pack performance upgrades, the N420 will also be available with the automaker's new Race Collection paint schemes, which include contrasting accents inspired by various locales where the automaker competes in endurance racing.

Aston Martin has not yet officially released any specification information - just images and pricing - but it is a safe bet to assume the Roadster will receive the same engine as the Coupe N420, which happens to be a 4.7-liter V8 boasting - you guessed it - 420 horsepower. Expect slightly reduced acceleration and top speeds, as well as slightly longer braking as the Aston Martin Vantage N420 Roadster is heavier than the coupe.

Transmissions will almost certainly come in the form of a six-speed manual gearbox or an optional Sportshift automated manual transmission.

The N420 lists from £96,995 in the United Kingdom, with a U.S. pricing starting at $132,000 for the coupe, and $145,000 for the Roadster.
