A new idea in LX bodies

More of a Monaco or Polara, rather than a Charger.

I extended the nose, added more distance from front door to wheelwell, stretched the wheelbase, lengthened the rear door and passenger cabin, and stretched the trunk.

I was looking at the proportions of the original Bluesmobile for inspiration.

What do you think?

proportionately looks like a towncar.

Teh proportions would work great for a 21st century LeBaron or Imperial, but somehow all that extra lenght does not work well witht he Charger's styling. I think the 300C might work better stretched. Either way I say something like this should be forthcoming from Chrysler. :D

That'd be a bitch and a half to make a clean right turn in.

:withstupid:

Actually, I don't think it looks too bad. It works better than the "I'm a full-size car that was stuck between a rock and a hard place" look.
