"We conceive the Sassou as having its own hard disk drive, security code recognition and Mazda software for owners, including a navigation program that could be downloaded onto the vehicle's USB stick key," said Mickael Loyer, a Mazda interior designer in Frankfurt. "The owner could download the music he wants to listen to that day [or] directions to his favorite pub or beach hangout [by] using the USB stick key on his computer at home. When he inserts it into the Mazda Sassou interface slot, it would then automatically download onto the concept's hard drive."

I love concept cars that focus predominately on features that more or less already exist in a variety of forms on a variety of existing production cars.

And this whole notion of trying to create youthful cool in cars...it seldom works....cool is often an intangible thing that percolates up from the street and comes from many influences in society. I mean VW busses used to be cool. VW never envisioned that. The Cadillac Escalade/EXT is cool...Cadillac didn't see that coming.

The grill is a big black piece of plastic. How nice.

I can tell all future owners that Armor All may be their best friend...

Is it me or does the grille look like a giant tongue sticking out at you? Like--look at the whole car, and the front looks like a face with the grille being the tongue.

Not to mention a bunch of useless features that have very little merit.
