Chevy Malibu

Essentially a completely non-retro next-generation Malibu. With the Impala going in a heavily-retro direction, I'd like to see the Malibu remain forward-thinking and somewhat of a mainstream Camry/Accord competitor with more flair. This was done quickly during class sometime last week. I apologize for the angle and poor-quality (I'll rotate it when I get the chance).

I'd be more than willing to spend time on a cleaner version if you guys want. Virtually no time has been spent on improving this yet, but you get the overall idea.

Straight from my math notebook, here's my latest in-class drawing:

Very nice, but the hood should be longer. With it that short, it looks like this COULD be a rear view :P

Hmm, I'm thinking that's too much form-over-function for the Malibu. It should still be stylish, but save the rakish rooflines for Pontiacs.

Other than that it looks pretty good though the hood is too short and I'm getting a little bit of a Cobalt vibe from the front.
