Mazda will initially introduce a major update to its gasoline-burning CX-5 in the spring. A diesel version of the SUV will follow, perhaps in summer.

Mazda will follow this up with a diesel version of the Mazda 6 sedan, known as the Atenza in Japan.

Both cars will be made in Hiroshima.

Cool!  I'd like to see a CX-3 diesel too.

We have been promised this before.  But if the change in election results brings us more diesels, that is change I can believe in!

After the VW ordeal I think diesel is dead, they will not sell.

AWESOME! I know I'd love it if Ford brought their small diesel here for the Escape. This diesel and the diesel that will be in the new Equinox are very intriguing! I know their buy-in prices will probably be a little outrageous but I know I would like one.
