IIRC, Troller was an independent company that built an SUV and Ford do Brasil acquired them maybe 10-15 years ago.   There was some buzz maybe 10 years ago that Ford was thinking about bringing it to the US.

It would be cool, but I doubt it would meet US crash test safety standards.

I suspect that the people in Detroit that were thinking about that got on the new Bronco development bandwagon years ago...

Yeah....and the new Bronco just looks epic. I miss the Focus and Fiesta ST, but will happilya ccept the new Bronco in the Ford lineup.
