Good friend turned in his 2014 Malibu company car and got a 2020. He's impressed! Simple white LT with black cloth. Checked it out the other day and remembered many reasons why i like this current version of the Malibu so much, especially considering I had a 2016 myself. Already he's raving about the fuel economy, size, interior design, comfort. Too bad Chevy can't promote this more. I think an AWD Malibu and a more accessible price on a 2.0 turbo would help. One of Chevy's best shapes in the last 20-30 years....

Thanks! And I am very happy for her. I’ve been working on a bit more, walking and simple cardio. Already down 11 pounds. Been eating much better too..only Taco Bell once in the last 3 weeks. Quite a few bananas though......

Yeah, I have my doubts on some things right now, that is for sure.....Pretty sure we are not getting the full story. I know some folks who went completely back to normal with no issues. On the other hand, I have lost 4 friends to this, so I am still careful ........

We do know that the Virus came from bats. I honestly do not think normal scientist would release upon humanity a virus that can kill, but sadly we have governments both our own, China and Russia plus others that I am sure would not think twice about weaponizing a animal virus to hurt others. Sadly we do have from our current administration on down into many conservative thinking groups that call Social Security a entitlement rather than the real benefit it is since we are taxed as a the process for paying into it and due to both sides of the political spectrum being responsible for allowi

I see the W.H.O. recently stated that virus transmission from asymptomatic people is very rare / unproven. ‘Very true facts’ strikes again.

I hope people don’t go crazy- just being careful. I do know it would be unwise to close again- for both financial and mental reasons. Since I fall in the higher risk group (Asthma)- I still plan to go out some- but prepared and more careful, just in case. I can only hope we look out for each other- be careful-yet return to some normalcy as well.... Also hoping folks are taking care of themselves getting into better shape after what has happened. I know I am . Started running (I HATE running) to force my lungs to open up a bit more...though I am taking it a wheezy half block at a time...

Yes, I think that Buick is one of the best cars GM built in the last decade. Totally agree with you as Toyota style is a disaster IMHO

Meh, just not impressed with the cars GM is building. The Buick Station wagon in the back ground is better looking than this car. Sorry, glad you like it, but MEH to me.

Not sure what you are specifically referring to above. ‘Leadership’ and ‘failure’ from whom? The medical community? And I thought we agreed that ‘science’ is still guessing, not “stating true facts”. Frankly, there was no way the outcome in the US was going to be much different no matter who did what differently. It would’ve had to been Draconian measures such as banning interstate travel by Jan 30.

Basically I agree, but I expect a LOT more from ‘medical experts’ than we’ve gotten. We’re 6 months in, the ‘expert’ info is sketchy and sometimes self-cancelling, and all the future guesswork comes off as an average of ‘cover our ass in case it goes haywire’ and ‘we literally have no idea whatsoever but feel pressured to say SOMETHING’.
