Cool...I am waiting to see if there are incentives on the GTI or better interest rates in say August or September when 2018's come out and they want to get rid of 2017's.

Unlike a lot of other car makers, VW is not currently having to put money on the hood of its cars to move them around here.

My middle daughter just graduated college, and is looking at cars.  She wanted to go drive the Mustang, so we went and looked at a Focus St and and Ecoboost Mustang.  The Mustang was especially nice, but I still really like the GTI much, much better.  My wife does also, so that is the way i am kind of leaning right now.

It's unlikely they will be much, if they do any at all.

Based on what I saw on the 2016's my advice would be to go ahead and move now, while there's still good availability. Waiting much longer puts your selection at risk. I would opt for the Sport. Great equipment, and a one year only production run.

  2. I will most likely go to a more aggressive tread when I replace these, but I won't go up in size. As fun as my old 2014 Trail Edition 4Runner was, w/ the 3" lift and 33.5's, it was just too much for the street. It was a monster off road, though!! I miss that thing.

Kind of thinking I would not mind this exact color, would be interested to see what wheels you put on this.

I actually hope to upgrading them very soon. Just waiting to get everything together to do at once- springs, wheels, stud conversion, etc.
