Sunday, January 24th, 2010. I spent the entire day planted in front of this computer, watching YouTube clips featuring the story of 2 characters from the British TV show "Shameless". 111 clips in all I watched, starting Saturday night, ranging in size from 1:30 to about 9 minutes long. I'm addicted. It's the craziest show ever and I love it. The new season starts tomorrow, so I hope the next installment makes it to the Tube asap! Oh and then there's "Emmerdale", another British serial, and who can forget "Eastenders". I'm rather into both of those shows as well. Of course my first British TV love is "Keeping Up Appearances", I watch that every Saturday night on Public TV. British television rocks!

I prefer green tea, but yeah. I never considered myself "old enough" to drink coffee. To me it was always an adult drink, and I never got into it. I've started drinking it just a bit at work, out of the coffee maker there, which means I probably know nothing about good coffee. I understand it's good for you.

The thing I've been wondering about, besides the terrible human tragedy, is what is going to be done with all the physical debris? There must be hundreds and hundreds of tons of building debris that will have to be disposed of. Will it all be put in landfill on the island? Put on barges and dumped at sea? This has got to be a tremendous environmental disaster as well.
