  1. Wow, what a sweetass car! I'd take it in a second if I had the money and a place to keep it protected between weekend drives.
  2. Once I went with cable, I never looked back at all fondly on dial-up, so I can understand your frustration, uncle davey. I pay $67/month for internet and TV on one bill from Comcast.
  3. This sounds like my mom and her Cube/Soul affair (sigh, if only my mom was a Camaro hound like cc's). It was so intense for about a month, then it died down, and now it is a dry husk. She also made it sound as though I was leading her, but I was just supplying information to respond to her questions. When it came down to a test drive... she put ME in the driver's seat in both boxcars. I'd love to see caddycruiser's mother get herself a Camaro. Judicious handling of the options list can yield an awesome, yet relatively affordable example.
  4. A well-proportioned, elegant, sporty FWD coupe is completely missing from the US market. The Altima is goofy, the Accord, weird. A productionized version of the Insignia coupe, sold here as a Regal, would fill a great void.
  5. Use your neti pot, get plenty of Zs and stay hydrated until you come out the other side. Progress report when you feel like it.
  6. When a car looks this good in white, you know it's a well-designed car. Yowza. Derek, could you just go up there with a ladder one night after hours and grab those logos for Roger? That would be great. Kthnxbye.
  7. Let's see, next we need: Impolla SS wheels Flowmaster exhaust a SUPERCHARGER! (kidding a li'l bit)
  8. axe spray it on and get all the chicks
  9. Regal Coupe Regal Coupe Regal Coupe
  10. You ignore my "line of evolution" caveat. And simplicity trumps complexity, even with computers.
  11. What? No more Aqua Blue? Damn... you know, Aqua Blue with white leather/blue dash, doors and carpet would have been a STUNNAH if it had been made available... retro cool. Although I do like the Synergy Green.
  12. "Give them what they want" <--- WTF? All other vehicles in the Corvette's class are looking at its four round taillights on the race track... we don't need to prove a THING.
  13. "Also some still have to get over the illusion the present LS engine is a small block Chevy. Other than some odd bore center spacing and a lot of marketing the present engine has as much to do with the old one as the original Dodge Hemi has to do with todays Chrysler Hemi." Excuse me? Let's get one thing straight. With the smallblock, the line of evolution has never stopped since 1955. Chrysler's "Hemi" descriptor, which I respect, has been on many different architectures... even a four cylinder, with many stops and starts since what, the early 50's? I will take the straightforward, reliable, easy-to-modify pushrod V8 any time over a DOHC.
  14. Sounds like you're ready to ride! Good to hear, I hope she's bulletproof now. Look for a purple velour fedora and peacock feather in the mail soon, cuz you be pimpin', yo!
  15. wash that thing
  16. equinox
  17. I like a lot of the new features and design.
  18. I wish I could say something that would make things better.
  19. You have to drop the suspension out of a Chrysler LH car simply to replace a fender liner.
  20. There is no better V8 made than Chevy's smallblock. Best to keep it.
  21. Pristine white circa-'69 Toronado, still striking after all these yerrs. Three Camaros at "my" hopefully future Chevy place (red jewel LT/RS, aqua LT/RS and aqua SS/RS, LOVE the aqua blue!) And, 2010 GMT900 pickups and utilities are finally hitting the lots.
  22. How far is that from Pittsburgh?
  23. *kerplunk* into the pitcher plant
  24. All the things I'm having trouble getting used to have been posted already.
