  1. Well darn it, when I saw the thread title I thought I was going to see pictures of a Rampage 2.2 in all its glory.
  2. Hopefully the LaCrosse CX is a temporary place holder to ease the transition into more premium territory and it will disappear when the Regal arrives.
  3. Superman
  4. bray (it's what a donkey says)
  5. Have a good trip, mr. cruiser. I have to go to a wedding tomorrow.
  6. Woman finds 'stolen' Audi in neighbor's garage 6 hours ago BERLIN — An Audi sedan written off by an elderly German woman as stolen two years ago has resurfaced — in her neighbor's garage beneath a thick layer of dust. Police said Thursday the 82-year-old from the northern city of Hildesheim took the car in for repairs two years ago and had the mechanics drive it back to her house and park it in her garage. She got the keys and papers from her mailbox, but when she went to get the car it was nowhere to be found. So she reported it stolen. Fast forward to Wednesday when her neighbor went to clean up his unused garage so it could be rented. He found the car under "a centimeter-deep coating of dust." It didn't take police long to piece together that the mechanics had parked it in the wrong garage. Copyright 2009 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. 7. no worries, eighty-two sixty-nine.
  8. What a double-edged sword this program is. These videos are truly sickening to watch.
  9. Yeah, truthfully, me neither. Poor PCS, his little bird won't leave the nest.
  10. A hybrid 1968 Chevelle four-door sedan. And by that, I mean it was painted metallic red and black two-tone (actually tasteful, imo), with 20" bling chrome rims, but it had air shocks on the back for a rake, and a very healthy-sounding engine... sort of a mash-up of modding genres, if you will. It looked show-worthy, the whole thing was done so nicely.
  11. Well shoot I just opened this thread, not realizing the gravity of it. Thanks, Walt, for bringing us this far. Congratulations, Drew, I knew you were taking on more and more responsibility here.
  12. Well, at Buick it was Gran Sport, without the "d". A coupe version of the Regal is needed if it comes to the USA (and maybe even a hardtop convertible). Something more than another sedan is needed to attempt to hold onto a modicum of Pontiac customers. And it must be sporty. We've seen the concept version of an Insignia coupe. That would work. Also, how about a Regal Estate Wagon? Much more elegant and fitting as a Buick than some goofy small MPV they keep hinting at. Leave that market to Chevrolet with the Orlando.
  13. Mr. Petz: smart marketing there, sir. I recognize the 2SS photo, wasn't it taken at some sort of "invitation only" shindig GM threw for Camaro owners? The stripes are photoshopped on. It's OK, though. The Camaros are awesome. Clete, you know merk-petz is in Canadialand, right? Their money is different up there.
  14. We're all pedaling Birthday wishes your way. (I should write for Hallmark, I know.) Have a Great One, z!
  15. Come on, you know you want you some of that.
  16. Well well well, the balthazar family will be cruising in schtyle, for sure. Congratulations.
  17. The 4500 and 4900 versions of the engine were fixed, IIRC. We had a lot of high-mileage Cadillacs with those engines come in for service when I worked in MD. They developed a condition called "mallet knock" with those high miles, but they kept on chugging along. I saw a circa '87 all-white Coupe DeVille the other day, still cruising as majestically as she could, considering her relatively compact dimensions v. the older cars.
  18. Black gold, Texas tea....
  19. The ZR-1 is a nice little car. Best of luck with it, and post some pics soon.

  21. OMG so weird and refreshingly different. Cool.
  22. Hey gm4life, that is a snazzy vehicle, and your house looks really good, sir.
  23. Yeah, I've seen El Caminos with "IROC" front fascia conversions, and they have single-lens composite headlights. Is that what you're referring to, Mr. Jacket? I am jealous as hell because I love G-bodies. That's a nice one. Best of luck with her, and don't let any stupids f@#kers drive it!
