I almost bought a dark blue one when they first came out. That's my favorite color on the HHR SS. My mind keeps going back to a Navy reg cab as my next GMT355. BedRug, soft, tri-fold tonneau like I had on the Sierra and knobby tires would just about make it right for me.

I tried "it" when I was in my 20's. I even got one pregnant (she "forgot" to use her birth control that we agreed on). She went psycho on me and got rid of it (or at least she told me she did, I never saw her again after I paid her half the fee for the horrible procedure, what're ya gonna do, she was a Drama major). So, the answer is noooooo.

Yeah I think the body-color trim piece was just like glued on to the lamp on the Chevys. It even may have been tape... not certain of that, though, I'd have to see a '71 Chevelle and put an eyeball on that. It looks like this Sprint is just missing the divider bar tape, the lamp itself looks identical to a Chevy, IIRC.

Hot damn, oh yeah. But here I go with an annoying comment on a detail again... I believe the valance below the front bumper is supposed to be painted silver, not body color. I'd take it in a heartbeat of america, though, no doubt.

Yeah, a 409 would be cool, but it's not correct for '59... not that a modern LS engine would be, but ya know... oh heck, put in it what you want.

Oh so sweet. I'd take that light bar off in a hurry, though, and any other cop parts. Also, it would either have to have a 348, or a modern LS-series engine, not a less-than-interesting, garden variety 350.

She's a hard-charging dream, Camino. Is my memory lapsing again... the front signal lamps, there is no body-color strip on the divider bar like the Chevelle/El Camino... is that a GMC thing, or is it missing?
