  1. Well ahem what about "Ol' Blue", or "Ol' Yeller" or "Big Red"... how did they get those names, ehhh?
  2. You do know he seen Beyonce in Burger King, right?

    Weddings....

    nope
  4. Maaco? ewwwwww... I wouldn't have my dog painted at Maaco.
  5. Of course I'd like to know who made the decision to pull the plug because I'd kick them square in the ass, corporate executive or not. But I just cannot fathom Mr. Lutz making such a decision.
  6. um yeah Cazwell?
  7. Totally cool thread, Ted. More, please sir!

Who rolled that chicken leg bone around on the barbershop floor?

  11. Yeah, I don't want something that is poorly reconstructed, with a bent frame, or full of bodyfiller in a critical area.
  12. *extends a hand* Thank you, Mr. Bob Lutz

  14. I had those same wheels on my '92... and I took the center caps off and painted the lug nuts flat black in a desperate attempt to make it appear sportier. Looks like this guy had a similar idear.
  15. The bitterness is so palpable, it cannot be denied. Plain as the brow on his face.
  16. R title ruins it for me.
  17. I voted "no". They're giant and they're Saturns. If a people mover you want what is, I'd say go for a new Terrain. More manageable to drive, better fuel mileage, with two rows of seating... do you really need 3 rows?
  18. Global Warming may or may not be a crock of $h!... but we as humans simply cannot do anything about it. Even if all industry on this planet stopped today. Before humans, when drastic climate changes took effect... who's fault was that? It's all baloney... a Chicken Little mentality. Bob Lutz is and has always been as far back as I can remember, a breath of fresh air. What did he do to destroy BMW when he worked there, huh?
  19. "...and it required the service to be retarded." WTF???
  20. *worried* uh... what do you mean... "get"?

  22. The 2.8L V6-powered Cavalier Z24 had a sound all its own, much like a 5.0 Mustang has a sound all its own. I rued the day GM quit putting the little V6 in the J-cars. And I agree with the "variety" comment. Now we have coupe and sedan Cobalts to choose from... blah... where's the hatch, the wagon... the convertible? I will keep drumming about it here... MORE BODYSTYLES PER MODEL, FEWER MODELS is what GM needs to return to.

  24. Something's missing without the silver side panel, it makes the R8 distinctive. Monochrome honestly to me on this car is sort of blah. But I am certain you can't see it from the driver's seat.
