!!! Please make sure if you change the color you don't leave any visible sign if its whiteness, as that will detract from its awesomeness. White with gold also looks cool, a Hurst tradition.

I saw a battleship-gray first-gen TT in traffic this evening with dark windows and aftermarket rims. What a perfectly German little mechanism. I love the TT.

I've heard GM researchers were credited with inventing crash test dummies... can anyone confirm or deny? Also, if this was made in 1968... why use obsolete cars? It would seem to me the research would not be current, sort of a waste, really, NOT to have the newest cars in the tests.

I was beside a black one in traffic the other day, it certainly is a looker, and has presence. I too wish VWOA would get their dealership service departments to treat customers better, I guarantee it would make such a positive difference for them.

How do we know for sure this is a GM research video? I see no GM cars atall anywhere. Wouldn't it behoove them to use their own stuff for relevancy to their mission?
