  1. IT freaks
  2. LOVE. IT. Shame it's over there. When I worked at the GM dealership in MD, some Middle Eastern guys used to ride through very slowly from time to time, looking to buy Chevy B-bodies to ship over there. Scary stuff. They were aggressive about it, too. I told them to get lost.
  3. Redneck chick with a '95 Camaro (150k miles btw) we fixed returned her rental... an '09 Corolla. She must have been drunk for most of the time she had it. The passenger front fender was all scraped up, and the wheel cover on that side. She must have found some scratches, because there was red fingernail polish around the Toyota emblem on the trunk lid and left doors (splattered, not carefully applied anywhere), the trunk interior, seats, and ignition key were all splattered in red. She told Enterprise she didn't know who did it, it must have been vandalized.
  4. The TruckNutz hanging from the rear end prolly don't contribute to your MPG numbers much. Prolly beyond the Honda-recommended trailer towing capacity.
  5. I could handle two green cars.
  6. They are not helping in this instance. They are hurting. That's been the fear all along.
  7. It sounds like a match made in heathen.
  8. I like how the Oshkosh has the same rectangular eggcrate grillework as the K2500 next to it.
  9. My 1.8t GTI had loads of torque, right off the line, too.
  10. "unkempt" "crazy cat lady"... Oh my, you're going to HELL for telling all of us to be nice and even if we think something, we shouldn't say it, blah blah blah... hypocrite much? Would you say that TO HER FACE? My point is not so much to pick on you, Croc, but to say that this whole political correctness thing has many sharp edges for those who espouse it. Be careful or it'll cut you, man!
  11. You walk into a bar with all those chicks, they're gonna think you're light in the loafers. I know, I've been there.

    I dont get it

To my eyes, he's just being a typical practical European. He's got one car to get around in, so it must meet all of his needs. Seems like its working.
  13. Gut-wrenching.
  14. Unless we're forced out of internal combustion power, I will sit on the sidelines and cheer, but I don't expect it to be the be-all, end-all of the automobile.
  15. Whoa, that's not politically correct. And here I thought political correctness was a necessity. Maybe only for Croc it isn't, but it is for the rest of us.
  16. gasoline
  17. Prius How clever was that? You posted something cool, I posted something completely and utterly devoid of cool
  18. om mullet
  19. facial herr
  20. What's weird about this whole thing is... after seeing her walk out on that stage and her demeanor before she sang, I thought the singing voice must have been dubbed. I had the same look on my face Simon did!
  21. Mom wanted to go to York PA today to look at the Kia Souls and Nissan Cubes. She wanted to go "the back way"... needless to say, we got all kinds of lost somewhere in Bumf@#k, Egypt, then ended up in the deepest ghetto parts of York (with her sitting straight-armed in my Cobalt, muttering "we've gotta get out of here, they're writing on their buildings!"), and finally emerged directly in front of the Kia dealership. So we looked, then looked at the Cubes before heading back to Lancaster and lucking out at a decent local restaurant for dinner. What'd you guys do for your mothers today?
  22. I could be cooler to own an Eagle SX4 than an X6.
  23. A four cylinder Equinox or Terrain would convert him for life, I predict. But I understand you want something gently used to save money v. the same vehicle new.
  24. I'm glad the season's here, another winter over, but it's been raining so often here lately my backyard was a foot tall until yesterday, I couldn't get on it.
