Mazda is slowly, but surely digging its way into a relevant position in the market. With the new CX-3, MX-5, and Mazda2 soon to bow, Mazda ought to be in a pretty good position for increased success. Still, at this point, it's sad to think the entire brand is being outsold by the likes of Camry, Accord, Altima, etc.

Nice to see the Mazda6 is doing well but as I seemingly ask every month: When the hell is the diesel going to be here?  I wonder if they will even bring it now that gas prices are down so much.  Maybe the have re-evaluated and will take their time getting it right and try and time the introduction for when gas prices are back up?

Mazda is still working on trying to achieve the performance they think will work for the U.S. marketplace and haven't given any indication of when they'll be releasing it. This was back in December.

I do remember reading that and their excuses for why it is delayed.  I am wondering if they now have a new excuse not to hurry.
