I feel your pain. I was having alot problems with my wifes 04 envoy xuv, 39k,they couldnt stop the misfires. Gmc/pontiac dealer I purchased it from didnt want it back because they had too many envoys on the used lot. Ive bought 3 trucks there! Well I went across the street and got her a loaded Hemi 07 Grand cherokee limited, worlds nicer than the envoy and cheaper! I didnt want to do it, but they pissed me off with their attitude. Ive always owned Gm stuff, and never been a mopar fan, but I know how you feel man

My company mainly uses gm hd pickups and there great, we find that the 6.0 can tow almost anything and the duramax has almost too much power, the fords powerstrokes dont start easy in the cold, and cost too much. Dodge um yeah have you seen how thin the frames on them are, nice for street trucks. Maybe back in 1991 you could make an arguement over ifs and straight axles but its b.s. these days The new 900 hds dont need a new frame because the current 800 hd frame was that damn good

The pig nose tundra looks sooo friggin CHEAP! next to the gmt900's Just compare the WT models which is where the volume is. I almost prefer the 900 wt over the ltz's which says alot to the styling. The tundra WT is inexcusably bad, btw what the base power & epa #'s for tundra?

That nose is so super duty..but better. Nice truck not to "look at me" like some others. Both are years ahead of Ram now. Thank God they resisted the huge wheel trend, 17&up truck tires are expensive. Gotta sawsall that tailpipe or go after market with the exaust.Looks like I need a new truck now

Ive owned both a 67 velle and a 70 mc. I think a modern 67 will outshine the camaro in my book, I love the 70-72 montes but I think the current car wore out the name and if it cant have that 6 foot hood why bother. I take mine in marina blue please!

The body of it looks good but that grill and headlight combo is lacking ditch the chrome in the headlamps give it a tahoe grill and make the bumper chrome or body color. That said nice job but Ill keep my 06 until a refresh

These are great for the 1% of truck buyers that that needs them.  Too bad 10% of the truck buyers THINK they need these noisy and smelling monsters.

Newer model HD trucks are not noisey and smelly. What rock have you been hiding under? Maybe them older ford powerstokes if you want to bitch about noisey but this topic is about current trucks

Ive had an 06 gmc 2500hd with the 6.0. Amazing truck rides better than the others regaurdless of conditions tough but car like and very heavy duty, more so than expected, much better than my 94 2500 was. Ive driven the fords and dodges and there good home depot trucks but thats it, on jobs you mostly see current gmc/chevy hd's. Biggest problem so far...cant find seat covers for the 40/60 bench seat

Its hard to find a country that beats itself down more with artifical guilt than us. People like friedman are getting pissy because GM has been doing better lately, ie gmt900. This dosnt fit in with his preconcived conclusion that GM should be bankrupt by know because it deserves to be. Screw you blame detroit for what ever you want pal it just shows how SMUG you and the others like you in the media and politics really are.
