not that I'm against a positive review, but....
1. How did he get a car that GM hasn't produced yet?
2. The Passat was the first car with 4 cylinder - 6 speed combo.
just putting that out there since we'd be the first to rip an inaccurate Toyota review to shreds.
According to some other reviews, it appears GM has some 4 cylinder/6 speed auto Malibu's at the big testing in Tennessee. One of the auto magazines commented on this (can't remember which one). Kind of like a preview of whats to come.

If you read the review of the 2008 Malibu in the normal section of Edmunds (not Inside Line), you will find the following review. By looking at the engines and transmission they list, it shows that they just put the 2007 review beneath a picture of the 2008 model. Seems pretty lame if you ask me.

OLD news...
But, at the same time, it's pretty clear in reasoning. They can't tow something that large & heavy with a 1/2-ton truck, so, out goes a Toyota. And even regardless, it's not Toyota directly dealing with those trailers and such, but whoever is in charge or the sponsor. They use big International, etc. trucks to tow big trailers with Chevy & Ford products...so it's the same idea.
Just happened to be a funny seen, moreso when someone took a pic and it got posted. But, again, OLD...
Good point. Its not that the Tundra sucks, it's just that Toyota does not offer a complete lineup of trucks like the big 3.

I personally blame the UAW 100%. Why is it they feel they are owed special wages and benefits compared to the rest of the American workforce?

Thanks! You're is awesome too! What is it based off? Kinda reminds me of the Fairlane with a pickup bed and a Chevy front end. It's blocky (in a good way) and quite a different take on the Camino than I would have thought of.
Its actually based off of a Range Rover concept SUV.

If anyone lives in the Bay Area, they can see one up close at the Four Seasons Hotel accross from Ikea on University Avenue off of 101. To me, this thing gives off the aura that GM was not bean counting when designing this vehicle.

Call me crazy, but I want Honda to succeed. Not because I love them, but because most people that trade in there Honda, trade in for a Toyota. I feel we are in an automotive war. GM is trying to take Toyota on, but it would sure help if Toyota was being taken on by other companies as well. Think of WW2. The US and England fought like hell, but it may we may not have won if not for the Russians.
So today, Honda is our friend, when Toyota is dead, we will wage war on Honda!

Saw a white diamond slade between Oakland and Walnut Creek in the Bay Area. Looked sweet. Looked to have 22's. Only dissapointment might be that it could look like a tahoe or Yukon from behind.

I am not sure where you are located, but why buy from a dealer at all. We have bought all 3 of our card from www.carsdirect.com and the price saving were substantial each time. Just a suggestion.

Wow, no Toyota products. Could the world be coming to an end?? :o

I was thinking, what if someone made a rim that had springs inside? So when you hit a bump, the actual wheel could compress a bit to absorb the bump.

It seems that most agree the Malibu is better then a Camry (except Motor Trend), but it can't seem to win a comparison test.
