IFS stands for Indepedent Front Suspension, SFA stands for Solid Front Axle! I for one would rather have GM stick with IFS in the HD's! It provides a better ride and it seperates GM from the competition. -
Oh, so what if the Tahoe hybrid might not have actually had the system in it and just a regular 5.3L. GM probably wanted to showcase the technology and what the 2008 Tahoe Hybrid will look like, GM is more than likely still testing the system, it is a 2008MY!!!
-
I second that! I thought for sure we we're gonna see Alpha's or something worth while. Oh well!
-
I'm 99% sure we'll see two Alpha's!
-
Can you guys snap some photos of the SUV's for us.

I saw the GMT900 trucks testing up here in Payson AZ (they do tow testing here, due to the large elevation change over a relatively short distance).
The interior looks very much like the Tahoe interior. That is how I was able to tell what it was. The guy didn't like me almost standing up in my Tribute, to see the interior of the truck. LOL Also, the driver of the Lincoln Mark LT that was a chase truck behind it, was not very happy with me. Especially when I turned into the gas station lot they were using as a staging area (about 4 completely bagged trucks, one towing a trailer.......... along with the Lincoln, an F150, and a Dodge truck).
The truck still looked smaller than the Lincoln. The interior looked nice, if a bit carlike for a truck (remember all of those who complained about how carlike the F150's interior was............. the GMT900 interior makes the F150's look very truckish).
Thus, if you like the Tahoe's interior, you will like the trucks interior.

How was the Silverado interior different than the Tahoes? Did it look bigger than the current Silverado? -
Have you seen the interior? And if you do have pics of the Sierra can you please post em'!

Looks to me like the EXT has a slighly different front end than the ESV and Escalade! Same goes with the Tahoe, Suburban and Avalanche.
-
He's probably right, but it is possible sometime in Decmber though.Any word on when the Avalanche will be making its unveiling?? They've release all of them pretty much except for this one, so Im waiting impatiently...anyone know when theyre gonna show it?

That sucks! The roof held up well though.

What caused GM`s current financial trouble anyway. And GM is currently number one in world wide sales, so can someone tell me how GM is in the situation that its in.
-
Nice catch! The Tahoe looks great, and those rims are pretty nice too, I believe those rims will also be on the Silverado in 2007!

41 years, thats incredible. He has done a fantastic job on the Corvette especially the Z06!
-
If you do see them, can you give us some detailed info on the styling and interior of the trucks CadillacCTS!
-
No, the Anaheim show is at a later date, not on the 20th.

According to the website it's October 5-9! So we won't have to wait long before we can see the Yukon, Escalade and maybe some more 900's.
