  1. First off according to MINI (the released the plans for this project a few months ago) this vehicle will not be destine for US markets initially. The clubman is a great platform for this. I happen to owen one and with the rear seats down I get fit both my mountain and road bike in the back with no issues plus a lot more stuff. Also the stock rear springs on the clubman are different then the hardtop and are designed to carry a heavier load. This vehicle is not meant to compete for large capacity but is better suited for the quick, hey I need to get these file boxes to the other side of town type couriers.
  2. Yes we MINI and Mini drivers are unique. I for one would love to see the MINI COOPER D and D S models come to the states. I know I will buy one for commuting and such. People in Europe are getting up to 60 MPG out of them
  3. FAIL I commute over 100 miles round trip each day which hills and mountains. Find me an electric car other then the RR EV concept that can easily handle this. I am not opposed to the EV concept I just need one that handles my commute and cost a lot less.
