    Hello, there is an Opel Astra supposedly for sale in the US. Since the laws here really don't let you import a car, with a handful of exceptions, it's almost certain the car (if it is really here) is here illegally. i am curious what country's plates are on the car...can someone help identify? see the picture here: http://www.craigslist.org/nby/car/171218574.html THANK YOU!
