Some are speculating that these weights are there to alleviate brake squeal. Pretty sad, since they got Brembo to make them to their spec, and still couldn't get it right. Good ol' GM...

I think it would be sweet if someone did a 4-door Typhoon one-off. Well, as long as they didn't sacrifice a good Typhoon or Syclone to do it.

Why do they insist on making chrome wheel covers standard? I think the styling changes are nice, but the G8-inspired stuff is bull$h!. The lower grilles on the G8 look more like the previous G6 front end. This thing looks more like the previous-gen Pontiac Vibe. The interior needed a complete centre-stacheotomy. One that flows seamlessly from the vents to the armrest. The rest of the interior always looked great.

Oh well. Get your Pontiacs while they're still being made.

If they want this car right give the GXP to the GM Performance Division and stick the new LNY 2.1 Turbo Eco in it.

I think it's okay, but the front isn't cute at all. Will women buy this car? Remains to be seen. They need to put the "Tahoe rush" on this and get it to market post haste.

So, the old Pontiac Vibe fascia returns as the G6 facelift, just after the G6 fascia shows up on the G8. Hooray!

I am really disappointed that the lack of interior modifications. Could it be any more apparent that they're starving Pontiac to death?
