Regardless inside sources are allowing the GTO buzz to continue as it's the best way to keep their true intentions from being discovered) That is if the sales of the 08 Camaro do as well as expected? Look at some hard facts: SSR truck 30,000+ vehicles sold over a 3 year span 04-06 GTO 50,000+ vehicles sold over a 3 year span 2002 the Camaro SS & WS6 Trans Am combined sold 27,000+ units alone that's not including all the V-6 base models, Camaro Z28's, or the SLP Firehawks... figure that into the equation and you've got nearly 100,000 vehicles being sold in a one year time span. It doesn't take rocket science to figure which was more profitable...
