  1. I read about the trans having some sensor not kicking the car out of overdrive and causing it to stall. Good call! I'll see if it continues to act up for him!
  2. Hello, My housemate has a 92 Skylark (3300) that stalls when the car is up to temp, coming to a stop. At first I thought it could be a bad ignition control module so I replaced that today. I thought at first it was the IAC valve, but that would happen even in neutral. We'll see if the ICM fixes it, but I was wondering if anyone has any other thoughts on the issue. Also, his service engine soon light is on. Is there a way I can check the codes myself without having to go to the parts store? Is there somewhere I can jump the connections so the codes flash back at me? TIA!
