  1. It actually says Roushcharged on that obviously bolted on cowl scoop???
  2. Yeah I know it's the same truck as the Colorado - I don't know where everyone got the idea the the GMCs were supposed to be upscale Chevys though. I always thought the opposite was true. It seemed the work trucks were GMC Sierras and the foremans truck was always a Silverado back when it was the top trim level. I guess things change. I'll put my 4 cylinder 2WD G80 equipped base model Canyon up against a V6 4X4 Frontier or Tacoma, job for job, road for road, trail for trail, and dollar for dollar. I could buy two trucks like mine for the price of one of those. Hell, I'll even put it up against any full size half-ton trucks. I have found it to be considerably more capable than my old '79 C10 Chevy pickup. My Canyon extended cab has more interior room, better handling, better snow and off road capability and equal or better hauling capacity. It IS professional grade. And so are the chevys.
  3. Well you DO know what they say about opinions - do you own a Canyon? How do you know its NOT professional grade? I DO own one - and I drive it daily - and I beat the sh1t out of it, and it NEVER complains - It may not be as big and bad as a Sierra - but the price was right. It's perfect for a cheap beater truck - Like the C10s of yesterday. If I spent $30,000 on a truck, I probably wouldn't use it like I use the Canyon. I spent less than half of that on the Canyon and I use it - and sometimes even abuse it - but then that's why I got the GMC option. YMMV
