  1. So we might see a lwb epII Impala instead of zeta. I'm not totally against it. Cause I'm not sure there's enough demand for all those RWD cars. People who love RWD will have the G8 and Camaro.

GM has to put money on the development of the Volt, which would be a lot more successful than a RWD Impala and it would change its gas guzzler image.

  2. Nope, I'm pretty sure the Balt will be at chicago...

I hear they have a few 08s being tested now.....

THough I think that changeover is late this summer...

I'm pretty sure the new SS is that 260hp turbo...

It sounds like it gets the 08 malibu front end, nip tuck the sides, freshen up the rear, and update the interior.....

Any word on the 2.2 getting VVT?
  3. Impressive, Camry outsold the Accord by over 10k units this month.

The Corolla is outselling the Accord as well.

34000 more slippin tranny on the road. Toyota is giving more rebates than ever.

And I wonder the % of fleet sales. I see so many fleet Camrys.

  4. the new Altima will make huge gains if it is a reliable car and the Camry's go down the toilet.

    from the yahoo link

it should be interesting to see what consumer reports will say in the end

Funny that none of those problems were reported in their last edition. The car was quoted as perfect.

    Nothing is perfect.

  5. I don't think a Halo car would improve sales of the Lacrosse and Lucerne. I would prefer a new Lacrosse cause the current one is such an old design with a dated engine and platform. This can't bring new customers.
