  1. Smart General, sadly, I would hold off being in Europe this year as he might be right about what is to come to Europe again. 'I think that's over': Retired general declares death of key U.S. alliance
  2. Pathetic, truly pathetic 'Stupid beyond belief': Trump and Musk blasted as DOGE fires 'hundreds' of FAA employees @oldshurst442 I know that Idiot47 is not a reader, but this just blows my mind that he does not understand what happened at Pearl Harbor or the Arizona Memorial. Trump did not understand Pearl Harbor, new book reveals: ‘What’s this all about?’ We are so messed up with the Idiot Lemmings that are just there to kiss Idiot47 butt. Maddow Blog | Pete Hegseth’s tenure at the Pentagon goes from bad to worse I truly fear for all our personal data, if not now, I am sure it will end up on the dark web sold to the highest bidder. Musk and his Criminal DOGE group is truly going to hurt the U.S. and both my Grandfathers who fought for this country in WWII are turning over in their graves at the incompetence of this administration. 'He couldn't answer': Dems left shocked after ambushing Mike Johnson over Elon Musk On top of this crazyness, our love for the auto industry has never been put in more danger of total collapse due to the stupid leadership we currently are under. 🤔 I have not researched this, but could we recall a President?
  3. $29.99 + $29.99 + $22.99 + $32.99 + $3.99 (soda) = $119.95 +10.5% sales tax = $132.54 The rep added a 20% tip ($26.50). Total bill was $159.04 for 4 people. Lucky only 1 person had a soda, the rest of us drank water. Where was this, I have not seen in years an $8 omelet.
  4. This is freaky and Idiot47 and Musk just fired hundreds of FAA saying there is too many people in the FAA and control towers. Good information on what happened.
  5. I had a business lunch today, crazy the prices to eat out. My boss and another manager both had a $29.99 french dip. I had a $22.99 Chicken fried steak and 2 eggs with hashbrowns. The rep who took us had a $32.99 Steak and 2 eggs for lunch. Not cheap eating out and folks have wondered why there is not more places to eat around where I work. Prices make it crazy to eat out if you're having to pay. Cheaper to get pre-made food at Business Costco and eat for 2 weeks compared to one meal out.
  6. Eggs prices here are up 52%, definitely not going down and I doubt they will.
  7. I have friends from all walks of life and the one thing I have always said is that Education is the great equalizer in that for most people with common sense, it allows people of different viewpoints to discuss in a civil manner and agree to disagree while finding common road to live peacefully side by side with each other and respectful of our laws and constitution. These crazy folks seem to think they are above the law as if they are part of the 144,000 that are going to be with Jesus Christ in Heaven ruling over the earth. Truly crazy.............
  8. WOW, this is a Symbolism of pushing a narrow-minded agenda on all. This is a very scary way to uphold the Constitution. So many valid points he makes here. I wonder just what the education level is of these folks, as it screams of ignorance.
  9. This is to be expected, the chicken or the Egg, which comes first? In this case, everyone loves the EV9, but the charging experience is an issue for road trips due to unreliable charging which is not unexpected as ICE turds seem to think it is funny to block charging stalls or to cut cables. Our Long-Term 2024 Kia EV9's Biggest Flaw Is out of Its Control
  10. No Surprise here Elon Musk is doing everything conspiracy theorists accuse George Soros of Another Interesting read. The real reason Trump is waging a global trade war
  11. Good Read on What Tariffs are and how they affect the consumer. Trump’s Tariffs Are a Gift to Capital, Not Workers
  12. Interesting Read Elon Musk shocks the world with government office changes I am also finding that looking at videos that are a negative about Musk, Trump and the whole mess in DC on YouTube and other places especially if they are from outside the US posting are now being blocked. Seems Google is onboard with the ideology of #47. Seem employees to Senior Managers at Tesla are now wanting Musk to Resign and leave the company before he damages it any more. Insiders at Tesla Concerned That Musk's Madness Is Damaging Company, Saying It Would Be Better If He Just Resigned
  13. Cool new Patents that make the battery pack a part of the Unibody design. Hyundai And Kia Patent Structural Battery OUCH, this will hurt those MAGA states. Map Shows States to Get Hit Hardest by Trump's Tariffs - Newsweek Map is interactive if you go to the website and can then see details on each state.
  14. Nails in an old tree makes cutting hard, but the tables or other wood products from these 3" thick slabs like a natural wood table would be lovely. Unexpected Challenges While Sawing Stunning Oak | Watch Check out the lovely Grain at 9:44 in the video.
  15. Bad News: Tariffs have raised prices to where folks are having to cut back on what they spend money on such as junk food. Good News: Seems America will finally loose those extra Junk Food pounds.
  16. Interesting to watch these videos of folks that have saved and are able to retire, I wonder what the locals think of the alien invasion of folks moving there to live in retirement?
  17. All of North America is going to Hurt due to the Stupid Tariffs and Idiot47 keeps saying the moron who signed the new NAFTA was wrong to sign it, DOH Trump signed it. USMCA: Trump wants to renegotiate his own trade deal | CNN Politics 🤪 That would mean those states would have to give up the Green back for the Loonie and I am not sure how all those people would feel about having to embrace the Loonie. Please do respond, we promise to embrace you even if you do not agree with our viewpoint on the craziness of North America. This is what is called freedom of speech, you will not be censored, we just ask that you avoid profanity and be respectful to agree to disagree.
  18. I honestly think Honda would have pushed out rebadges of Honda's as Nissan and Mitsubishi auto's. Honda would have taken the Nissan and Mitsubishi body on frame trucks / SUVs to use that for better versions across all 3 lines, but I agree with you Olds, there is a high chance that Honda would have been eventually pulled down. Will be interesting to see how the EV version for Honda and Acura continues to do in 2025 as they are selling all they make right now.
  19. WOW, this is very interesting Manhattan US Attorney Resigns After Order to Drop Adams Case
  20. The problem is that both Nissan and Mistubishi are just about out of money. No matter the marketing message of X amount of new ICE and EV models coming over the next 3 years, they are out of money to develop them and their arrogance of poor management will cause them to crash. Honda actually had more to loose taking them on as it would have benefited everyone but no one wants to bow to a new master.
  21. Very interesting, will see if any common sense happens in DC. Canada’s Premiers Tell White House They’re Needed to Help Trump’s Economic Agenda
  22. Chevrolet has revealed ahead of the DAYTONA 500 the Chevrolet Blazer EV.R prototype which is an example of their dedication to test, and explore new technologies as they learn how to apply the technology to both racing and production version auto's. Chevrolet has been a leading contender in NASCAR with proven V8 technology as they pushed to continually look for better ways to improve power, durability, and efficiency in then transfering that knowledge back to production vehicles that show up in the showroom. The Blazer EV.R prototype delivers 1,300 horsepower from three six-phase electric motors that instantly rev up to 15,000 rpms, power with a 78-kWh liquid-cooled battery pack. Blazer EV.R is built on NASCAR's Next Gen chassis and suspension componentry. The EV.R transmits the power via a programmable AWD system with Good Year Racing Eagle tires. This auto is inspired by the Blazer EV SS, a production vehicle that will be the pace EV at DAYTONA 500 2025. The Blazer SS EV will have 615 horsepower with a 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds. Testing the Blazer EV.R prototype was Justin Allgaier, Team Chevy Driver of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion. To quote Allgaier: “There are so many things you don’t think about until you’re in the car actually testing it. I’m used to knowing my speed through gearing and listening to engine revs, so I had to totally change how I judge corner entry speed. With this platform we’re learning how to strategically adjust regenerative braking, which has a big impact on braking sections and cornering balance." To quote the press release: “This program was a great opportunity with NASCAR to design a new crossover utility vehicle body and bring forward design elements from our Blazer EV SS,” said Phil Zak, executive director, Chevrolet Global Design. “The EV.R prototype offers lower and wider proportions and was designed with aerodynamics and performance in mind.” With Testing done at this point, GM and NASCAR wanted to show off the auto at the upcoming DAYTONA 500 where one can find the Blazer EV.R on display in NASCAR livery.

  24. This is more true than anyone realizes now. Today, the team I am on was talked to as folks in the company had complained that we west coast TME's were disrespectful to the current president and were wanting certain folks dead all due to some British humor and just joking that I thought would be nothing but that, but now I see, freedom of speech is dead among MAGA people. America Democracy is in a fragile state with the lemming GOP just following the current administration off a cliff.
