  1. I'm not sure I like the visual updates to the car. The weakest part of the TL previously was the steering, and it apparently has had some major work there. I wouldn't buy this car for $34K. I'd prefer to spend a lot less and get an Accord or a little more and get an Infiniti G35 or a CTS.

  2. I know a lot of people who suffer from depression, and I think it's a good thing that those who have chosen to get treatment have. I've known some of these people before they got treatment, and it's hard to say something good about their being chronically depressed or suicidal.

  3. With the black filler panel in the glass, upward sweep, and bulge, it has an equally messy C-pillar to the Sebring. The rest of the car looks good.

  4. The GS350 is now my favorite mid-size luxury sedan, taking the place of the MB E350. It has crossed my mind to consider getting one, though I'm not in the market for a new car now. The GS may not be as sporting as a BMW 5-Series, but it should be easier to live with in the long haul. The GS430 had good power, the GS300 just adequate. Looks could be improved somewhat, but overall the GS comes across as very smooth, refined, and comfortable. And when the new V8 comes out, wicked fast.

  5. I've had four sun/moonroofs with no problems (2 Acuras, 1 Honda, 1 Lexus; the Aurora also had one, but I didn't own that car long enough for it to count). A sunroof is almost obligatory for me. I like the ventilation in the mornings and night. The extra light is also nice when the sun isn't blistering. I wouldn't get one of the louver-type panoramic sunroofs. My brother has one in his MB ML-Class, and it rattles like crazy.
