  1. Yes, I guess I saw the inferno orange two tone interior but not sure that is for me, lol! Titanium gray might do the trick although black on such a cool car might be the ticket al long as I park in my work garage and use a screen so my kids do not lose it in shorts in the summer. I think exterior color will be very hard to chose as the silver, red jewel tint, white, and even the yellow and orange are cool.
  2. Well, I have not bought a new car since the early 90's and not a good idea to buy one now but cannot resist the new Camaro so once they are out a little while and I can get a good enough deal one will be mine. My question is will there be other interior choices other than black available?
  3. Well I am a total car guy so I have never wanted nor driven many SUV's. I took the Envoy out a few times cause I loved how it looked when it came out but did not like driving it one bit as a car guy. The Acadia, on the other hand, drove AWESOME!!!!!!! I had to drive it looking the way it does at the dealer. I still do not know if I can move to one as the Malibu comes out soon enough and still feel I am a car guy. They are also cheaper! I would hope that we will continue to see the July 4th sale at 0.00% for 6 yrs like the past few yrs, I hope anyway! If so, I may just finally use my GM points on one this July! This truck, if you can call it that, is just spectacular in every way!
  4. I am bummed as it is my busy time at work, 401k compliance deadlines stink sometimes! I will go to the Auto Show to see Camaro and Malibu but will miss this awesome event.
  5. The RWD Imapala interests me greatly but I do wonder about my wife losing it on me becuase she is scared to drive it here in Philly in the winter. LOL!
  6. I am wondering do you guys that think the new Malibu back end is ugly also hate the Lucerne, Impala and G6 back end? Do you think this car is better than those 3, exterior wise? I happen to love the new Camaro but do not think my kids will like the back seat or we will like the small trunk so I think I need to think in this direction. I just feel this Malibu will still look good in a few yrs and is much nicer looking than the Camcords out there. Your thoughts?
  7. The more I look at the new Malibu the more I like it! If someone here wants to put the survey back up and start it from scratch again I bet there would be more top votes. I voted great overall but...Now it takes top score easily.
  8. I have been reading everything on this site for quite a few yrs now, just never get around to posting much but that may change with how great GM is turning everything around the last yr or so. Thank you for your note. C&G is my fave non-music internet site.
  9. I saw a GMC Acadia this week and I like it better than any SUV I have ever looked at, ever! GM is back! I do not want to drive a big truck so not on my list but my wife who never gets into or talks about vehicles like me who is always reading up and checking out cars/trucks also thought it was the best SUV she ever looked or sat in. It is simply stunning. The coolest looking GM product ever and I cannot see it not selling non-stop as it was such a quality piece!!!!!!!!!
  10. The more I see and read the more I like it, this is a no ifs, whats, buts about it, is a stand up triple if not a home run. Who knows once I see it, I may be stating it is a grand slam! I was always a Pontiac guy but with the interior of the G6 and the small trunk it did not work for my family this Malibu however, looks like it might rule! The LED taillamps in the LTZ are very cool but I never liked the real shiny alloy wheels so that might be a deal breaker for me. BTW-I saw a GMC Acadia this week and I like it better than any SUV I have ever looked at, ever! GM is back! I do not want to drive a big truck so not on my list but my wife who never gets into or talks about vehicles like me also thought it was the best SUV she ever looked or sat in.
  11. I lucked out and have the old GM card. They tried to get me to switch stating you can make $750 in a yr instead of the $500 but I saw allowances on hot cars were only $1,000 and I had over $1k at the time. With my card I can fortunately use all my points and for some reason I am actually at $3,700 right now.
  12. This thing although maybe not quite as perfect as I was hoping for is way nicer looking than the Camry and Accord. Although who knows what the next Accord will look like though they bombed last time around. I think once we see the car in person at the Auto Shows next month we will like it even more. I just wish they let you get up close. They will likely have a chain around the Malibu and we will be forced to look from 8 feet away. Either way my $3,500 GM points will finally be used on this Malibu or the Camaro!
