  1. My Synergy Green Camaro parked across the street.

Shots of Wayne Carini, see my Camaro in the background? Wayne has a show on HD Theater, called Chasing Classic Cars ...

Wayne stopped talking to this guy so I could take his pic, that was nice of him, we had a nice conversation after.

So there you have it, just a little piece of our day ...

  2. Very nice looking car, and that color is the perfect color not to attract any attention! :AH-HA:

Too bad you guys could'n keep those small (but better-looking) mirrors in the European version...

Only thing I wouldn't change would be the logo. Or perhaps I'd try and the old blue bowtie.

Yeah the European version looks like it's going to lift off with those mirrors it has, also not sure what those vents are supposed to do under the fog lights on the EU version either.

Vents? Do you mean at the front or the rear? I didn't notice those, to me it only seems that the EU Camaro has a fake rear diffusor between the tailpipes...

In the front, under the fog lights ...

  3. Yeah, I like the stock bowties better... love the green, but it's just too much for me. They don't stand out anymore.

The original Gold Bowtie on the 2011 Camaro is just plastic, I had GM send me metal Black and Green bowties, then decided I liked the green better. GM also sent me the Camaro letters in Black metal which is what you see on the side of my car, all after market lettering was plastic that I found online, and it looked cheap, which is why I had GM send me black metal lettering ...

  5. Glad to see he isn't the only one who thinks the Giulietta isn't good looking. Aside from the 8C and the recent concept, Alfa's styling has gotten worse since the 159 with its extremely handsome and serious front end to this and the MiTo's surprised faces.

I don't think he is unhappy with Alfa designers, the article stated that Sergio Marchionne is unhappy with Chrysler & Dodge designers ...

So I see, read that wrong. Well in any case I hope the end results for the next 200 and Avenger look better than the ugly things Alfa has been designing lately (4C excluded).

  6. Has your wife seen one in person yet?

I was completely against this car until I saw it in person. It changed my opinion of it from entirely negative to entirely positive.

No, we have a rule in my house, thou shall only shop GM ... :smilewide:

  7. My comment on the whole thing is "Meh"! As y'all know I'm no Chrysler fan so to me it looks very similar to the model it replaces, and it will to the general public as well, and that could be it's undoing. My wife for example asked me, did it change? That more than likely will be the public's reaction too. Time will tell, and I could be wrong on my assesment, but I don't think I am.

  8. Very nice. To go along with your planned black/green look... what about tinted windows, tinted side markers, tinted taillights?

Tinted windows for sure, not sure about tinted lights, I think they are illegal in my state. I did purchase from a neighbor who needed the cash his 3 digit 1941 (year) license plate. This plate is black with silver numbers. In Delaware the plate can stay with a person or with a car, low number plates normally stay within families for generations. I have a friend who bought a 2 digit plate for his Benz and paid over a million dollars for it, but he has the money, he's a big Italian contractor here ... :smilewide:
